Overall objective of the Project
The main goal of the project is to improve access to the border regions of Trancarpatian (Ukraine), Maramures
(Romania) and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg (Hungary) The main objective of the project is related to the general objective of the thematic objective 7. Programs: Improving access to the regions, developing sustainable and climate-friendly transport and communication networks and systems and contributes to its achievement by improving the transport infrastructure of the border regions TrancarpatianRegion (Ukraine), Maramures County (Romania) and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg (Hungary)
Specific objectives of the project: Improvement of transport infrastructure in Vynohradiv city (Ukraine), Maramures County (Romania) and Barabás village(Hungary). The achievement of the specific objective of improving the transport infrastructure on the border area will be through the construction of bicycle paths, reconstruction and modernization of public transport stops at the international border in Vynohradiv city (Ukraine), modernization of the public transport network of roads in the Maramures region (Romania) (construction and equipment with information technologies), modernization
Border stops by car stop in Barabás village (Hungary) leading to the border and ensuring the daily mobility of people and goods.
The specific objective of the project corresponds to the specific goal 1. Priority of the Program: Development of transport infrastructure for improving the mobility of people and goods and contributing to the improvement of the transport infrastructure of the border areas in Vynohradiv City (Ukraine), MaramuresCounty (Romania) and Barabás village (Hungary).
Relevance of the project to the Programme’s thematic objective/priority.
The implementation of this project is aimed at improving the transport infrastructure of the border regions of Trancarpatian Region (Ukraine), Maramures County (Romania), Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg (Hungary) which is responsible for: Objective 7. Programs:
Improving access to the regions, developing sustainable and climate-friendly transport and communication networks and systems and Priority 1. The development of transport infrastructure to improve the mobility of people and goods contributes to its achievement through improvement The project complies with the program documents:
1.Strategy of development of the Transcarpathian region for the period till 2020. Operational objective: Development of transport networks and spatial infrastructure. Operational tasks: Construction, reconstruction and repair of motor roads.
2. The strategic plan for the development of the city of Vynohradiv for 2010-2020. Operational objective: improvement of the condition of communal (engineering) infrastructure and improvement.
3. Strategy of the county Maramures (Romania), priority 2. Development and modernization of the transport infrastructure.
4. Concept of development of the region, Strategic and operational program of the area Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg (Hungary).
Activities
Activity 1
Acquisition of services for the modernization of public passenger transport.
Acquisition of System for optimization public transport, includes: 50 GPS mobile tracking devices mounted on buses. Ensure:
– GPS positioning, measurement of specific parameters (consumption, fuel, km, etc.)
– Measures indoor air quality (points you in the project) Humidity, temperature, CO2, volatile compounds
– Measures outdoor air quality C02, CO, CH4, Phenols, etc., 4 Information display panel located in bus stations, energy-independent
GIS Positioning, – 1 Data Acquisition and Storage, – BI / Reports,
– KPI for optimizing routes by correlating with other traffic data sources
– connectivity with the bus stations in order to transmit the data and the timetable / time of the bus to the station

Implementation of the modernized public transport system in Maramures County.

Operation of the modernized public transport System in Maramures
Activity 4
Acquisition of services for the modernization of bus stations
Through public procurement will be acquired the technical design services for the modernization of the bus stations.
There will be provided solutions for 4 distinct operating areas. Finally, 4 demonstration, operational, bus stations will be built.
Activity 5
Elaboration of technical studies for the modernization of bus stations Technical study to modernize bus stations. Elaboration of the technical documentation SF / DALI. Elaboration of the Technical project for execution of the 4 pilot/ stations.
Activity 6 Conferences
Conference in UA. The event involves holding an international
conference in Vynohradiv (Ukraine) with the participation of Applicants and target groups.
The conference is held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, methods, search for innovative solutions for its improvement in order to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.
Conference in RO The event involves holding three international conferences in Maramures County (Romania) with the participation of Applicants and target groups. The conferences will be held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, techniques, and finding innovative solutions for improving it to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.
Conference in HU The event involves holding an international conference in Barabas village (Hungary) with the participation of Applicants and target groups. The conference is held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, methods, search for innovative solutions for its improvement in order to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.
Activity 7
Reconstruction of the street and square Myra in Vynohradiv City of the Transcarpathian
Region Myru square consists of street and Myru square which is located in parallel with that street. It separates the square into two parts. The changes of engineering networks of water supply and gas supply are expected to be done on Myru square. Water supply is presupposed to be installed on the area of Handery street to Pushkina street. state and old steel pipes are often the cause of the pipeline accident. Street surface is expected to be covered of sledged granite stone Cycling tracks are expected to be installed of asphalt coverage, the increasing of pedestrian areas, pavements near the street are expected to be done. Pedestrian crossings are expected to be installed on both streets. On both streets one-way traffic is planned to be arranged that will provide the possibility to install new parking places and to ease the streets from traffic jams. It is planned to illuminate both streets with the help of modern lamps that will provide safe traffic on the streets during night time.
Activity 8
Construction works of Barabas village The area of modernization – the border transport highway near the village Barabas, Sobolch-Sotmar-Bereg County provides for the stop of transport and people with recreation area.

1.Improved cross-border highway with bicycle paths in Vynohradiv City (Ukraine)
2. Improved public transport structure in Maramures County (Romania).
3.Recreation area in Barabas (HU)
