Activity 1 – Modernization of public passenger transport
Responsible Applicant: Maramures County Council
Activity 1.1 Acquisition of services for the modernization of public passenger transport – includes 50 GPS mobile tracking devices that will be installed on buses to ensure monitoring, measurements of the indoor and outdoor air quality, KPI for optimizing routes by correlating with other traffic data sources, connectivity with the bus stations in order to transmit the data and the timetable/ arriving time of the bus to the station.
Activity 1.2 Implementation of the modern public passenger transport – implementation of the modernized public transport system.
Activity 1.3 Operating of the modern public passenger transport – operation of the modernized public transport system.
Activity 1.4 Acquisition of services for the modernization of bus stations – organization of solution contests for the design of technical documentation for the modernization of bus stations. The technical design services will be acquired for the modernization of the bus stations. There will be a competition of solutions that will provide solutions for 4 distinct operating areas. Finally, 4 demonstration, operational, bus stations will be built.
Activity 1.5 Elaboration of technical studies for the modernization of the bus stations- Technical study for modernizing the bus stations, including solution contests, SF/DALI elaboration, technical project, realization of 4 model/technical study stations to modernize the bus stations.

Activity 2 Conferences UA – RO – HU

Involved Applicants: Vynohradiv City Council of the Transcarpatian region, Maramures County Council, Municipality of Barabás
Activity 2.1 Conference in UA – The event involves holding an international conference in Vynohradiv (Ukraine) with the participation of Applicants and target groups. The conference is held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, methods, search for innovative solutions for its improvement in order to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.
Activity 2.2 Conference in RO – The event involves holding three international conferences in Maramures County (Romania) with the participation of Applicants and target groups. The conferences will be held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, techniques, and finding innovative solutions for improving it to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.
Activity 2.3 Conference in HU – The event involves holding an international conference in Barabas village (Hungary) with the participation of Applicants and target groups. The conference is held with the aim of exchanging experience on the development of transport infrastructure, methods, search for innovative solutions for its improvement in order to improve the mobility of people and goods to the borders.

Activity 4 – Infrastructure – Construction works UA-HU
Responsible Applicant: Vynohradiv City Council of the Transcarpatian region
Applicants involved: Vynohradiv City Council of the Transcarpatian region and Municipality of Barabás.
Activity 4.1 Reconstruction of the street and square Myra – a parallel street is a part of Myru square. It separates the square into two parts. The changes of engineering networks of water supply and gas supply are expected to be done on Myru square. Water supply is presupposed to be installed on the area of Handery street to Pushkina street. Mainline plumbing with diameter 400 millimeters is in unsatisfactory state and old steel pipes are often the cause of the pipeline accident. Street surface is expected to be covered of sledged granite stone in the volume of 11443 square meters. Cycling tracks are expected to be installed of asphalt coverage in the volume of 1555 square meters, the increasing of pedestrian areas, pavements near the street are expected to be done of figured-concrete cobblestones in the volume of 4710 square meters. Pedestrian crossings are expected to be installed on both streets in the quantity of 23 units. On both streets one-way traffic is planned to be arranged that will provide the possibility to install new parking places and to ease the streets from traffic jams. It is planned to illuminate both streets with the help of modern lamps that will provide safe traffic on the streets during night time in Vynohradiv City of the Transcarpathian region
Activity 4.2 Construction of two awnings and improvement of the adjoining territory – The object of project construction recreation area, which involves the construction of two awnings and the improvement of the adjoining territory in Barabas. The area of the awnings is 54.1 m2, the adjoining territory is 203.9 m2. The awnings consists of iron-concrete basement, bearing structure of brick and wood, as well as roofs with wooden frame and tiles.

Activity 6.1 Project management – This measure involves project management, including a set of tasks, careful planning in accordance with the design and cooperation of the project team. The team will form the project management committee, the monitoring group and the project risk management team.

Activity 6.3 Communication company UA-RO-HU – UA-RO-HU placements of press – release about project activities at mass media, announcements about conferences at mass media, TV report at local TV channels, photo report at mass media, articles about project activities at mass media, information tables at, distribution of booklets, leaflets, brochures among target audience, holding of press conferences for Informing the target audience about the project.
